Cream Cheese Hard Sauce

Good on a steamed pudding or minced pie. From New Settlement Cookbook
Ingredients:
3 ounces cream cheese (do not use whipped)
3 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons sherry wine
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Smash cream cheese until soft.
2. Blend all the ingredients togther. Sauce will be stiff.
3. Chill.
4. Serve on hot pudding or pie.
