I sometimes substitute Splenda for the sugar for a lower carb treat. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages fat free cream cheese |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon almond extract |
Directions:
1. Cream sugar and cream cheese together. 2. Mix in vanilla and almond extract. 3. Slowly add in milk to acheive desired consistency. |
