Here's just a great frosting that goes great on just about any type of cake, or brownies. It's smooth and rich and just plain good! Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
16 ounces powdered sugar |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla at medium speed till creamy. 2. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating at low speed till blended. 3. Beat at high speed till smooth, stir in pecans. |
