1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened |
7 cups powdered sugar |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
3 to 4 tablespoons milk |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating well. Stir in vanilla. Add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until frosting reaches desired consistency. |
