Wonderful frosting recipe I came up with. Everyone loves it. Enough for 1 cake or 30 cupcakes

Ingredients:

2 lbs powdered sugar

1/2 cup butter (1 cube)

8 ounces cream cheese

1 -2 tablespoon vanilla (to taste)

Directions:

1. Sift powdered sugar into large bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Start mixing slowly and increase speed as sugar disolves.
4. To thicken, add powdered sugar, to thin, add milk.
