Very, very yummy cream cheese frosting for carrot cake, spice cake, chocolate cake, pumpkin cookies, and more. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and butter together, add in the vanilla and continue to beat for about 1 minute. Add in the powdered sugar slowly while beating. |
