A nice easy frosting for one cake. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
2 1/2-3 cups powdered sugar |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 cup chopped nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients except the nuts. 2. Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth and fluffy. 3. Blend in the nuts, if using, and spread onto a cooled cake. 4. Refrigerate any leftover frosted cake. |
