A fondue for cream cheese lovers! A dash of nutmeg and a splash of sherry make this fondue extra tasty. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, cubed |
1 3/4 cups milk |
1 tablespoon dry sherry |
2 teaspoons dry mustard powder |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 pinch ground black pepper |
1 pinch ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Cook and stir cream cheese and milk in a saucepan over medium heat until cheese is almost melted, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in sherry, mustard, garlic, pepper, and nutmeg; continue to cook and stir over medium heat until cream cheese is completely melted, about 3 minutes. |
