Cream Cheese Dip for the Lazy |

Potato chips actually go great with this dip, but you may also use your favorite crackers. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 fresh tomato |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice tomato in half and scoop out inside pulp. 2. Combine tomato pulp with cream cheese and garlic. 3. Mix with a mixer for several minutes until smooth. 4. Place mixture in a small bowl and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. 5. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
