This is a different delight than the usual because this one uses pretzels in the crust. Ingredients:
1 cup pretzel, crushed fine |
1/4 cup margarine, melted |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip |
1 (12 ounce) jar smucker's pineapple topping |
Directions:
1. Mix the crushed pretzels, margarine and 3 tablespoons sugar together. 2. Press in bottom of a 9x9 inch dish. 3. Bake at 400* for 10 minutes. Let cool completely. 4. Mix the 1/3 cup sugar and cream cheese together. Spread over top of cooled crust. 5. Spread cool whip over cream cheese mixture. 6. Top with the pineapple topping. 7. Chill before serving. |
