This is a super simple recipe. I cannot even remember where I got it. My kids love it and will even ask me to fix it. I hope you enjoy! Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained) |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese |
1/4 cup milk |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder (not salt) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Over low heat, combine cream cheese, milk, butter, onion powder and salt. Stir until melted and creamy. Drain the corn, add to cream mixture. |
