A BIG hit everywhere I take it. Ingredients:
2 (1 lb) packages frozen corn |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (can use low-fat or fat free) |
1/4 lb butter |
dried chives (optional) |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. In crockpot, combine all ingredients. 2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through with cheese and butter melted. 3. Stir well before serving. |
