Heavenly little biscuits with a cream cheese cinnamon center ! Ingredients:
1 can 16 oz. buttermilk biscuits |
1/2 c. sugar |
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon |
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut into 12 cubes |
1/4 c. butter, melted |
Directions:
1. -Separate dough and press each into 1/4 thickness 2. -Mix sugar and cinnamon in shallow dish 3. -Dip cream cheese cubes in melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar 4. -Place 1 cube in center of each dough circle. Gather up sides to enclose filling. Press edges to seal. 5. -Place seam side up in lightly greased muffin pan 6. -Drizzle with remaining butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar 7. -Bake 350 for 15 min.'s or until golden brown. |
