I have never tried this recipe. I got this recipe years ago from a box of Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup heavy cream |
21 ounces cherry pie filling |
nuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined. 2. Add the heavy cream, mix well and whip until thick. 3. Use the back of a spoon and shape the cream cheese mixture into shells. 4. Place on wax paper to dry. 5. Freeze for 2 hours or overnight. 6. When finished freezing fill clouds with cherry pie filling and top with nuts. |
