I made this one up as we like to snack on movie night at our house. This is based on my chicken cheese ball recipe. Ingredients:
2-8 oz. pkgs. of cream cheese (softened) |
1 large can of white chicken (drained) |
2 tbs. chicken bouillion (granulated) |
1 tsp.cajun seasoning |
1 c. sour cream |
1/2 c. cooked and crumbled bacon (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients very well. 2. Chill in fridge for about 3 to 4 hours or over night. 3. Serve with your favorite chip or dipper. |
