This is sooo good. Got the recipe from my mom. Usually make it every year for Christmas. Enjoy!! Ingredients:
2 cups pecans |
1 tablespoon butter |
8 ounces cream cheese |
16 ounces powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Put pecans & butter in oven and toast about 15 minutes at 300°F. 2. Melt cream cheese over low heat until creamy. 3. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts; mix very well. 4. Put in fridge until set. |
