Rich! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
8 ounces cream cheese |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
7 1/2 ounces hershey bars |
1 tablespoon peanut butter |
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine |
Directions:
1. For Crust: Mix all together until crumbly and press into a 9x13 pan. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. 3. For Fillling: Mix all together and pour over crust (no need to cool), return to oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until filling is set. 4. For Topping: Melt the Hershey bar with the peanutbutter and butter or margarine and spread over top. 5. Cool completely and cut into bars. |
