A delicious appetizer. Ingredients:
8 ounces smoked salmon, well drained and finely chopped |
8 ounces cream cheese |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
fresh ground black pepper |
fresh parsley, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Add smoked salmon to creme cheese. 2. Add lemon juice and pepper. Mix well with a wooden spoon. 3. Prepare small balls of the cheeses and salmon mixture and roll in parsley. 4. Chill before serving. Chives or chopped walnuts may be substituted for salmon. |
