Ingredients:
2 tablespoons 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened |
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill |
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
1 (4-ounce) bagel, split and toasted |
4 ounces cold-smoked salmon |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Spread half of cream cheese mixture over cut side of each bagel half; top each half with 2 ounces salmon. |
