A simple easy pate that can be easily whipped up for a light lunch or starter. Ingredients:
1 small carrot, grated |
225 g cream cheese |
100 g cashew nuts, roasted and ground |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients together and season if desired. 2. Press into ramekins and cover until needed. |
