Best hummus ever! Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves |
1/2 lemon juice |
1/4 cup tahini |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/4 cup water |
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon parsley |
Directions:
1. Juice lemon and combine with garlic in processor. Chop finely. Add water, olive oil and garbanzo beans. Chop finely. Transfer to a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl. 2. In a pinch you can use peanut butter in place of tahini, but it won't be the same. Tahini is ground sesame seeds and it's a paste - mmmm. |
