1 cups all-purpose flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup old fashioned oats |
3/4 cups white sugar |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup applesauce |
5/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 cups cold water |
2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar |
2/3 cup yogurt, plain, skim milk, 13 grams protein per 8 ounce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350; grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan 2. Mix all ingredients. 3. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a tookpick comes out clean. 4. Cool and decorate, or eat plain! |
