This is really good over rice. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
1 frying chicken, cut up |
12 ounces barbecue sauce |
12 ounces diet cola |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in electric skillet at 300*. 2. Brown chicken. 3. Add sauce and cola, stir. 4. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. 5. Do not lift lid! |
