From my friends mother. We used to work out of their house and when she baked well, lets just say we didn't get much work done!! Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
1/3 cup cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup salad oil |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Sift dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl.
3. Make 3 wells in dry ingredients with a spoon. In one hole put the vinegar, another the vanilla, the other the oil. Pour water over top and beat with fork until smooth.
4. Bake 35-40 Minutes.
5. Frost with Crazy Cake Frosting Crazy Cake Frosting.
