Easy, easy cake. Mix and bake in the same pan. This recipe has been in the family for many years and is a favorite at family gatherings. Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
6 tablespoons cocoa |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 cup oil |
2 cups water |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients, then add the liquids.
2. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
3. This cake can be mixed right in the cake pan and then just put it in the oven and bake.
