I have been making this recipe since I was 12 years old.. my brothers and I knew that we could have a snack in less than an hour and only clean 1 bowl. This is a very moist chocolate cake that can be served to your vegetarian friends for it has no dairy products Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 tablespoons vinegar (unflavored) |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3/4 cup salad oil |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Add all of the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix them together to remove any lumps. 2. Add the liquids and mix until smooth. 3. pour into an ungreased 9x14 pan, bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. |
