This makes a delicious, healthy smoothie that is filled with all the vitamins and minerals you need for the day. When I need to make breakfast in a rush this is a recipe I often make - it's really good, and good for you. Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat milk |
1 banana |
1 (20 g) envelope carnation instant breakfast no-sugar-added french vanilla mix |
1 cup ice cube |
Directions:
1. Place milk, banana, Carnation Instant Breakfast and ice in blender; cover. 2. Blend until smooth, and enjoy! |
