Bananas, applesauce,walnuts,flax.... Ingredients:
1/2 cup applesauce |
1 cup brown sugar |
3 tablespoons ground flax seeds (soak in 9tblsp.water for 10 minutes, substitute for 3eggs) |
1 teaspoon salt |
4 ripe bananas |
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 1/4 cups ground walnuts |
1 cup dark chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. blend applesauce,bananas,brown sugar,vanilla, and soaked flax. 2. sift together flour,salt,baking soda. 3. add ground walnuts. 4. add the wet mixture. 5. Finally add the chocolate chips. 6. Spoon into muffin paper. 7. 350 degree oven for 23min approximately. |
