The crawfish can be subsituted with tuna in a can, shrimp or crabmeat. Very good with chips and crackers Ingredients:
2 pounds crawfish chopped |
1 can cream of mushroom |
1 can cream of celery |
1 can rotel |
1 stick butter (8 tblsp) |
1 onion finely chopped |
1 bell pepper finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Sauted oninon and bell pepper in butter 2. add the rotel and cook down to reduce amount of liquid 3. add chopped crawfish and cook for five minutes 4. add cream of mushroom and cream of celery 5. cook on low for forty minutes, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking 6. season to taste with salt and pepper |
