Delicious cornbread with cheese, corn and creole trinity! Ingredients:
1 lb crawfish, cleaned |
2 eggs |
1 box jiffy cornbread mix |
1/2 cup celery |
1/c cup bell pepper |
1/2 cup onion |
1 can cream style corn |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375* Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray 2. In medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients, mixing well. 3. Pour into pan and bake about 35 minutes. |
