Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed |
1/2 lb ground beef |
1/2 lb crayfish tail, cleaned |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 teaspoon mint |
3/4 teaspoon dried parsley |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1/2 cup tomato sauce |
1/4 cup white wine |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in a saucepan. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. 4. I like to use white kidney beans in this recipe for the contrast of color and it doesn't effect the flavor. |
