An easy to make dish that's always a crowd pleaser. Shrimp can be substituted for the crawfish tails. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 onion, chopped |
1 bell pepper, chopped |
2 lbs peeled crayfish tails |
1 can rotel tomatoes |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 can french onion soup |
1 1/2 cups rice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large greased casserole dish. 3. Bake for 1 hour. 4. Shrimp can be substituted for the crawfish tails. |
