A quick, delicious Cole Slaw that will keep them coming back for more. I suggest making a double batch from the start. :) Ingredients:
1 lb cabbage, finely chopped |
1 cup carrot, finely chopped |
2 apples, chopped |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Finely chop veggies. (We used a food processor). 2. Mix together sugar, pepper, salt, mayo, milk, vinegar and lemon juice. 3. Pour on cabbage mixture. 4. Chill and serve. |
