I make this from the fish my husband catches. We always have lots of fish, so I try to be creative with it. Ingredients:
2 cups cooked crappie fillets (baked or boiled) |
1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked |
1/2 cup diced celery |
1 tablespoon onion, chopped |
1/4 cup sweet gherkin, chopped |
1/3 cup french dressing |
1 dash hot sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients; chill 1 hour and serve. |
