This dish invites even the finickiest eaters to try it! The combination of ingredients may seem a little odd, but it's delightful.
Ingredients:
1 bunch of your favorite lettuce types - i use romaine, curly, butter and iceberg usually, but you can experiment as you wish
1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
1/2 cup feta or blue cheese, crumbled - you can increase as desired
1/2 - 1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
raspberry walnut viniagrette dressing - to toss
crushed coarse black pepper
Directions:
1. Wash and tear lettuce, place into bowl or bag to toss
2. Add onion, cheese, cranberries, walnuts and toss together
3. Pour dressing over all when ready to serve.
4. Add pepper to individual plates as desired
