4 cup(s) chicken cubed, cooked |
1 cup(s) walnuts chopped |
1 cup(s) celery diced |
2+ tablespoon(s) shallot finely chopped |
1 cup(s) dried cranberries |
2/3 cup(s) mayonnaise |
3 tablespoon(s) tarragon/champagne/white whine vinegar |
2 tablespoon(s) fresh tarragon |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper (of choice) |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients; add more cranberries, nuts, tarragon to taste; add more tarragon if using dried herbs instead of fresh; chill and serve; |
