Better after it sits overnight! Great use for leftover chicken! Ingredients:
2 cups chopped cooked chicken |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1/4 cup chopped walnuts |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1 dash salt |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons honey dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients. 2. Serve over bed of spinach or with whole grain bread for sandwiches. |
