Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 dash salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients.
2. Serve over bed of spinach or with whole grain bread for sandwiches.
