You find plenty of uses for this flavorsome dressing. It goes well with broccoli salad, for example, or with a lettuce salad or a fruit salad. Recipe comes from Robin Miller. Ingredients:
1/2 cup cranberry sauce (may be chunky or jellied) |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
salt and black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together cranberry sauce, olive oil, vinegar, and mustard. Season, to taste,, with salt and pepper. 2. Pour mixture over salad and toss to combine. |
