This easy 4-ingredient turkey sandwich recipe is a new way to use up your leftover holiday turkey and cranberry sauce. Ingredients:
2 (6-inch) italian bread shells |
1/2 cup cranberry-orange sauce |
1/2 pound thinly sliced cooked turkey breast, cut into strips |
2/3 cup (2.6 ounces) shredded pepper-jack cheese |
Directions:
1. Place bread shells on ungreased baking sheets. Spread bread shells evenly with cranberry-orange sauce. Arrange turkey strips on top of sauce, and sprinkle with cheese. 2. Bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts. |
