Low Fat Ground Turkey Burger Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/3 lbs. ground turkey |
1 small apple |
1 small onion |
1 tsp oil |
1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise |
1 cup cranberry sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine turkey, apple, onion, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl and form into 4 large patties. Preheat a large skillet to medium high heat. Drizzle skillet with oil and cook patties 5-6 minutes on each side. Mix together cranberry sauce and mayo. Spread on burgers. Or spread on light english muffin(add 100 calories) with cran-mayonnaise and add burgers and lettuce. |
