While searching for a good tuna salad recipe, I found tuna with nuts, rasins, onions, etc.. I like all these ingredients and decided to put them all together. It is delicious and can be served on all kinds of bread, crackers, and makes wonderful appetizers. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can tuna in water |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon mustard |
15 dried cranberries |
15 raisins |
1/8 cup walnuts |
1/8 cup almonds |
green onion |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Drain the tuna and put it in a bowl. Add mayo, mustard, green onions and mix it all together. Season with salt and pepper according to your own taste. Add a handful dried cranberries and rasins (about 15-20 of each), chopped walnuts and almonds (about 1/4 together). Mix it together and serve! |
