Serve warm over pancakes, or use as a glaze for chicken or ham. Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup water |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 8 minutes or until cranberries pop, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon juice. |
