I don't recall where I found this recipe, just posting for future use. Ingredients:
1/4 cup shortening |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 egg whites |
1 1/2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional) |
3/4 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup cranberry raspberry sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400. 2. Grease pan. Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg whites and Beat. Add flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Add sauce and swirl. 3. Spoon into muffin pans. Bake 21-22 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. |
