I found this on the inside label of a can of cranberry sauce. I just had it for lunch on a turkey sandwich. Wow - it was delicious. You can also use this to baste any type of poultry. Ingredients:
1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce (the kind that comes out looking like the can) |
1 1/2 tablespoons stone ground dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix cranberry sauce, mustard and brown sugar in a small bowl. 2. Whisk together until smooth. |
