From the 2007 cookbook, More Smoothies for Life, the original recipe calls for frozen berries - At different times I've used both frozen cranberries AND frozen mixed berries, both resulting in great drinks! The cranberries do make for a somewhat tart drink, but we enjoy it! Ingredients:
2 cups ice cubes |
2 cups cranberry juice |
2 cups frozen cranberries |
2 teaspoons artificial sweetener |
Directions:
1. Combine the ingredients in a blender & puree until smooth! 2. Pour into 2 tall glasses & ENJOY! |
