healthy alternative Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped cranberries |
1 egg |
1/2 cup ricotta cheese |
2/3 cup whole wheat flour |
2/3 cup white flour |
2/3 cup oat bran |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon stevia |
3/4 cup ground flax seeds |
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon orange flavoring |
Directions:
1. mix cranberries, egg, ricotta, nuts and flavoring. 2. Mix dry ingerdients together - cut in butter. 3. Add wet to dry - flatten out to circle - cut into 6 triangles. 4. bake 350 for 15 minutes. |
