I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. This recipe came from 500 Low-Carb Recipes. Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon plain gelatin (optional) |
1 cup water |
12 ounces fresh cranberries |
1 cup splenda sugar substitute |
Directions:
1. Combine cranberries, water and Splenda in a pan over medium-high heat (if adding gelatin, dissolve it in 1/2 cup of the water, then add to cranberries in the pot). 2. Bring to a boil, and boil hard until cranberries pop. 3. Keep in a tightly covered jar in the fridge. |
