Cranberry Sauce in the Raw |

Raw cranberries are a triple threat to disease and sickness. They are full of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer benefits. This is one delicious way to get healthy with me this holiday season! Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple chunk |
1/2 cup dark brown sugar |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
1/2 orange, juiced |
1/2 lime, juiced |
2 cups raw cranberries |
Directions:
1. In a blender, puree all ingredients except the cranberries. Add the cranberries last and pulse gently so they won’t turn to mush. 2. Pour into a pretty bowl and garnish with whole raw cranberries and a sprig of mint if you like. |
