Cranberry Sauce (Bread Machine) |

From Cuisinart. I have not tried this. Ingredients:
3 cups cranberries, rinsed (fresh or frozen) |
1 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 cup cranberry juice |
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon grated orange zest |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Transfer to the bread pan fitted with the kneading paddle. Select Jam cycle. Press start. 2. Scrape the sides of the pan at 5 and 10 minutes into the cycle. 3. Transfer cranberry sauce to clean jars. Let cool, then cover and refrigerate. Keeps refrigerated 4 to 6 weeks. |
