Cranberry sauce Ingredients:
16 oz cranberries |
1 pint of blueberries |
1/2 cup of chopped strawberries |
1/4 cup of granulated sugar |
1/4 cup of brown sugar |
1/4 cup of orange juice |
1 tbsp corn starch |
Directions:
1. Throw everything (except cornstarch) into a sauce pan and bring to a boil let it simmer until it all starts to fall apart, burst and combine (around 15 minutes or so). 2. Add the corn starch (and water) and stir until thickened. Take off heat, transfer to a container and let chill. 3. Eat with anything - chicken, fish, pork, beef, ice cream or by itself. |
